Kathleen O'Herren-Huston
Marketing Consultant

For over 18 years, Owner Kathleen O'Herren-Huston has built a skill set using all facets of the marketing and advertising spectrum. 

Her career began in the early 1990's in Dallas, Texas as a copywriter for a newspaper. She quickly realized that she loved the visual aspect of conveying messages. She moved to the creative department and honed her graphic design skills, eventually becoming an art director for the newspaper.

As the Internet and email became an optimal way of communication for businesses, Kathleen's interests followed the path of online branding and marketing. It was perfectly clear to her that the Internet and a brand new communication tool called "eMarketing" was the way of the future.

Kathleen has worked in both service and product based industries. She has created eMarketing platforms that not only brand, but gather information and allow a constant flow of communication between companies, their clients, and the consumer.

Her professional background is peppered with many different areas of expertise. She was an Art Director for several years at a Dallas publishing company, a Project Manager for one of Chicago's largest Real Estate Advertising and PR agencies, a Development & Luxury Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and City Director of Marketing for four of Chicago's most prestigious real estate firms.

Chris Ryan
Product Marketing Consultant

For over 16 years, Chris Ryan has focused her passion developing products consumers’ would love. Starting her career in the pet industry, Chris learned people are passionate about their pets and the products they buy.   Developing consumer product goods requires a keen sense of where the market is currently, what are the outside industry trends and how those influencers can create the next generation of product.  Identifying and understanding consumer needs is critical to developing and marketing a successful product.

After her beginning in the pet industry, Chris focused her CPG career in the baby gear industry.  New parent consumers are incredible exciting market since they are evaluating and scrutinizing everything that touches their changing lives.  Developing products for these parents sold through key retailers like Target, Wal-Mart and Babies R Us, Chris understood the importance of developing high quality and well thought-out products that would exceed Consumer Product safety requirements. While also working with top licensing brands, Chris understands the need to create differentiation through product development and being true to the brand spirit.

Chris recently expanded her CPG experience to the Housewares industry where she specialized in developing product programs for Costco & QVC.  She has been successful balancing new product development through the ever-changing China manufacturing process during these challenging pricing times.
